1. Oil for micro-tillage machine
The engine processing of the micro-tiller is very precise, and the oil consumption is also very high. Qualified diesel engine oil must be used, cc30 diesel engine oil must be used in autumn and winter, cc40 diesel engine oil must be used in spring and summer, and it must be replaced in strict accordance with the working hours. The running-in is to change the oil after the micro-tiller works for 15-20 hours, the second time for 50 hours, and the third time for 100-150 hours. The gearbox must also use diesel oil, not gear oil. Because the tiller is a light-duty machinery, low-concentration light-load engine oil must be used, and the clutches of the tiller are the clutches of 125-type motorcycles, and the lubricating oil of motorcycles is known to be gasoline engine oil, and the concentration is very low. If a high concentration of gear oil is used, the clutch friction plate may stick and the clutch cannot be separated. In addition, the steering of the chain drive gearbox uses a spring to return the steering dial. If the oil is too thick, the steering dial cannot be returned after separation, which will cause the steering party to lose power. In addition, the fuel of the tiller is also very important, and the fuel must use Sinopec's qualified No. 0 and -10 diesel. Because the oil circuit components of this engine are very precise and expensive. It can be used for several years after it is used, but it may be used for half a day if it is not used well.
2. Timely necessary fastening and adjustment
After the micro-tiller is used in many places for a period of time, some strokes and gaps will increase, and the user must make the necessary adjustments. Therefore, the user should grasp the following adjustments. The clutch, reverse gear, throttle, steering, etc. of the tiller are all operated by the cable, and the cable is easily deformed and elongated, so it must be adjusted in time by adjusting the screws. There is also a certain gap between the first shaft, the second shaft, and the two pairs of bevel gears of the gear transmission box after being used for a period of time. The first shaft and the second shaft are adjusted by tightening the rear screws, and the two groups of bevel gears are adjusted by adding steel Gasket to adjust. In the process of use, the necessary fastening should be carried out every day. But special attention should be paid to the fact that the screws of the engine should not be tightened easily, mainly those screws that are directly on the aluminum alloy shell.
3. Maintenance of agricultural machinery
It is mainly to clean and tighten the screws every day after use, correct the deformation in time, and carry out anti-rust treatment in winter.
