At present, my country's micro-tillers are widely used in plains, mountain terraces, tea gardens, fruit forests, greenhouse greenhouses and other large and medium-sized agricultural machinery difficult to operate, and are connected with various agricultural machinery through rapid coupling devices to complete tillage, weeding and other operations.
1. installation and adjustment
(I) installation
1. Assembly after unpacking
(1) Install a diesel engine with a rated power less than or equal to 7.5 kW on the frame, then install the belt, adjust the tightness of the belt, and tighten the bolts that fix the diesel engine to fix the diesel engine.
(2) Fix the connecting bolts of the splint and the tire, loosen the bolts on the splint, penetrate the lower output shaft of the gearbox assembly into the splint, adjust the wheelbase, and pay attention to the symmetry of the two wheels before moving the splint The bolts on the plate are locked.
(3) Installation of the handrail frame: Aim the two toothed discs on the handrail frame to the toothed discs on the handrail frame, and pay attention to adjusting the upper and lower positions of the handrail frame, and connect and lock them with the bolts, flat pads and spring pads attached randomly.
(4) Assembly of the shift lever: Pass the shift lever through the slot of the shift support block, insert it into the hole of the shift sleeve, and fix it with a split pin, and place the shift lever in the "neutral" position.
(5) Put the shift limit block on the shift lever, then place the shift lever in the "fast gear" position, and the shift limit block is close to the support block and locked with bolts.
2. Installation and adjustment of zipper
(1) Adjustment of clutch zipper
① Loosen the lock nut on the screw.
② Rotate the screw clockwise until the exposed arm frame is the shortest.
③ Put the cable head into the clutch wire seat at the rear of the gearbox assembly, and ensure that the cable head falls into the large hole of the wire seat.
④ Thread the steel wire through the hole of the movable seat of the force arm, properly press down the clutch fork arm, and hang the zipper wire end into the clutch seat.
⑤ Unscrew the screw and hold it repeatedly, and loosen the clutch handle at the same time. When the handle can be reset, tighten the lock nut.
(2) Adjustment of the reverse zipper
① Loosen the lock nut on the screw.
② Rotate the screw clockwise until the exposed arm frame is the shortest.
③ Put the pull rope into the reverse shift fork shaft on the side of the gearbox and ensure that the pull head falls into the big hole of the shift fork shaft.
④ Properly pull the reverse shift fork shaft clockwise, penetrate the pull rope through the narrow gap of the reverse shift wire seat on the side of the gearbox, and ensure that the catheter head falls into the large hole of the wire seat.
⑤ Unscrew the screw and hold it repeatedly to loosen the reverse handle. When the spring force can reset the handle, tighten the lock nut.
(3) Adjustment of accelerator cable
① Place the throttle switch in the large position.
② Pass the wire rope in the throttle cable through the threading column and the fixing seat above the throttle adjustment plate of the diesel engine.
③ Tighten the wire and tighten the fastening screw on the fixing seat.
